🧩 Role Overview: PMO Executive – L3
As a PMO Executive (L3), you will act as the backbone of project and financial governance across key service delivery portfolios. You’ll work closely with the Service Delivery Team, Global Program Management Office, and cross-functional PMOs to ensure timely execution, financial alignment, and organizational visibility into core projects.

📌 1. Strategic Coordination & Visibility
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team to grasp the business roadmap, project priorities, and operational focus.

- Offer ongoing visibility to Wipro’s leadership for key deliverables, milestones, and escalations.
💰 2. Financial Oversight
- Support Annual Fiscal Planning (FY Plan) and Budget Forecasting efforts.
- Track, monitor, and report project financial performance, including actuals vs. planned spend across project portfolios.
- Ensure every function and program adheres to the approved financial frameworks.

- Help embed PMO methodologies, templates, and governance across functions.
- Drive improvements in project scheduling, financial tracking, and reporting accuracy.

- Enhance cross-functional communication by making project and portfolio data accessible and transparent.
