Job Description:
As a Fraud Analyst, you will be responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities. Your primary goal will be to ensure secure transactions and protect customers from fraudulent threats in the digital space. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in fraud detection techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fraud Detection & Investigation:
- Monitor and review financial transactions to identify suspicious activities.
- Investigate fraud claims, analyze patterns, and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for fraud resolution.
- Data Analysis & Risk Assessment:
- Use data analytics tools to identify potential risks and fraud trends.
- Evaluate customer transactions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Report & Documentation:
- Maintain detailed reports on fraud incidents and actions taken.
- Develop fraud prevention strategies based on historical data and insights.
- Customer Interaction & Resolution:
- Communicate with customers regarding suspicious activities on their accounts.
- Provide support and resolution to fraud-affected customers.
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement & Compliance Teams:
- Work with legal teams to take action against fraud perpetrators.
- Ensure all operations comply with local and international regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
✔ Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
✔ Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and detect fraud trends.
✔ Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Excel, data management, and fraud analysis tools.
✔ Attention to Detail: Ability to identify irregular transactions and prevent financial losses.
✔ Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle fraud cases efficiently and resolve disputes.
Educational Qualifications:
🎓 Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate (UG)
🎓 Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Finance or related fields
📌 Note: Pursuing candidates (Graduation or Post-Graduation) are not eligible.
Experience Requirements:
💼 Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience in Any Domain
💼 Experience in Fraud Prevention or Banking Sector is a Plus!
