🛠️ Your Role: Senior Building Services Coordinator
As a Senior Building Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are in top condition to provide the highest level of care to our patients. You will handle preventive maintenance, safety inspections, construction projects, and much more.
🔧 Key Responsibilities of UnitedHealth
🏢 Building Maintenance & Safety
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep facilities running efficiently.
- Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for any malfunctioning or unsafe conditions.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure longevity and safety of building systems.
🌟 Leadership & Training
- Act as a lead technician in multi-technician markets or work independently in single-technician areas.
- Provide structured training sessions to other technicians to enhance team expertise.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards and meet safety regulations.
🛏️ Construction & Renovation
- Plan and execute minor construction projects as needed.
- Ensure that all renovation and construction work adheres to safety and operational standards.
⚖️ Inventory & Resource Management

🎓 Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in building maintenance.
- Experience in a medical setting is a plus!

- Basic computer literacy and ability to manage inventory.
