π‘ As a Customer Support Executive at Thrillophilia, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, ensuring they have a hassle-free experience. Your role will involve handling queries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier customer assistance.
π― Key Responsibilities
π Customer Interaction & Assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate information on bookings, itineraries, payments, and policies.
- Offer proactive updates on trip confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
π Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to bookings, refunds, and disruptions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and fix recurring issues.
- Provide quick and effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
π Order & Booking Management
- Assist customers with itinerary modifications, travel preferences, and rebooking.
- Process refunds, cancellations, and policy-based modifications.
π Customer Education & Guidance
- Explain travel policies, refund terms, visa requirements, and itinerary details.
- Set the right expectations regarding check-ins, transfers, and activity timings.
- Guide customers on using self-navigation tools and contacting local support.
π Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
- Identify common pain points and suggest process enhancements.
- Work closely with operations, sales, and vendor teams to ensure seamless experiences.
