🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Process Executive, you will:
📞 Manage International Customer Interactions
- Answer inbound calls from international customers (primarily from US, UK, or Australian markets).
- Resolve customer issues related to products or services.
- Follow pre-established scripts and workflows to ensure customer satisfaction.
🧾 Maintain CRM Records
- Document each customer interaction in the company’s CRM platform.
- Maintain accuracy and detail in ticketing and record-keeping for audit and analytics purposes.
🔄 Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Work with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Provide timely feedback and customer insights to improve services.
📈 Meet Performance Metrics
- Adhere to quality assurance standards.
- Achieve AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), and FCR (First Call Resolution) targets.
- Take ownership of individual performance and participate in coaching sessions.
