Key Responsibilities
As a Hindi Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Customer Communication:
- Handle chat-based interactions with customers, answering queries and resolving issues.
- Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication in Hindi and English.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries and providing solutions.
- Process Adherence:
- Follow company guidelines and protocols for managing customer interactions.
- Ensure that all customer concerns are addressed according to the prescribed processes.
- Maintain consistent and accurate communication with customers, following defined workflows.
- Customer Support:
- Assist customers by addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate channels and ensure they are followed up and resolved.
- Foster a positive attitude and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Reporting and Feedback:
- Accurately document every customer interaction and ensure the information is recorded properly.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve service processes based on customer interactions.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for service quality and efficiency.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Languages:
- Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken, with a strong command of grammar and communication.
- Education:
- A minimum of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or Undergraduate qualification is required.
- Experience:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- System Requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or higher.
- Processor: Intel i5 or higher.
- RAM: Minimum 8GB.
- Internet Connection: Stable and high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Headset/Audio Equipment: Reliable headset for clear communication.
- Availability:
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Role is remote, so a quiet workspace is necessary.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule:
- Flexible timings to maintain work-life balance.
- 6 days/week with 1 rotational day off.
- Salary:
- CTC (Cost to Company): ₹14,000 INR/month.
- Take-home Salary: ₹12,000 INR/month.
