Role Overview: Tele Associate π
As a Tele Associate at IndiaMART, you will play a crucial role in content enrichment by connecting with free-listed sellers, verifying their business information, and updating their profiles. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. π‘
Key Responsibilities β
- Pre-Call Research: Analyze assigned sellersβ profiles and determine their eligibility. π
- Client Verification: Establish contact via telephone calls to verify seller information. βοΈ
- Data Collection & Update: Ensure accurate profile updates to maintain high-quality listings. π
- Client Education: Inform sellers about the benefits of IndiaMART and answer their queries. π£οΈ
- Quality Compliance: Follow call scripts and disposal codes to categorize cases efficiently. π―
- Follow-ups: Reconnect with sellers based on their requests and provide additional assistance. π
- Target Achievement: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly business targets with consistency. π
