Job Responsibilities
As a Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

Bridge Project and Support Teams:
- Provide techno-functional expertise to ensure smooth communication and alignment between project and support teams.
- Lead the end-to-end process for new business implementations, from requirements gathering to integration and deployment.
- Assess new change requirements and deliver optimal solutions with clear timelines.

ERP Solution Implementation and Customization:

- Customize, extend, or integrate existing ERP products through coding, testing, and production deployment.
- Work closely with the solutioning team on architecture design, coding, and testing to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Ensure that ERP solutions meet functional and technical requirements and contribute to the optimization of business processes.

Skills & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Techno-functional Expertise in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or other similar platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and understanding of functional design.
- Project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with gap analysis, business analysis, and writing user stories.
- Ability to implement process optimizations using automation tools and solutions.
- B.Tech/B.E. degree or higher, with specialization in relevant fields.
