🛠️ Job Role: Techno Commercial – C & L

The Techno Commercial – C & L professional at Adani Group will manage end-to-end logistics and commercial operations, focusing on cost efficiency, timely movement, vendor development, audits, and strategic planning.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📌 Strategic Logistics & Transportation

1. Initiate RFPs/RFQs with logistics service providers, receive and analyze offers, conduct negotiations, and finalize vendors based on project requirements and internal guidelines.
2. Ensure timely and cost-effective material movement—both imports and exports, as well as domestic transportation across business units.
3. Strategize logistics planning to align with overall business objectives, including emergency dispatches and unplanned shipment requirements.
4. Develop strategic partnerships and long-term contracts to streamline import/export processes and improve operational efficiency.
5. Respond swiftly to unplanned requirements, ensuring zero disruption to plant operations or production timelines.

📌 Vendor Management & Procurement

1. Proactively identify potential vendors, onboard new suppliers, and retain high-performing partners.
2. Conduct reverse auctions and cost negotiations in line with procurement guidelines.
3. Handle the entire vendor lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to evaluation and compliance.

📌 Documentation & Compliance

1. Maintain comprehensive documentation as per organizational and regulatory standards.
2. Respond to internal and external audits and close all logistics and procurement-related queries efficiently.

📌 Budgeting & Cost Control

1. Assist in budget preparation, allocation, and optimization for logistics functions.
2. Continuously monitor cost structures and recommend cost-saving measures.

📄 Preferred Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must possess:

✅ Educational Qualifications:

• Undergraduate: B.Tech/B.E. in any discipline (preferred: Mechanical, Industrial, Supply Chain, or Logistics Engineering)
• Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM in any specialization (preferred: Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management)

✅ Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or techno-commercial operations.
• Previous experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or FMCG domains is a strong plus.

✅ Technical Proficiency:

• Proficient in MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of SAP (ERP systems) is mandatory
