As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You will manage a blend of inbound and outbound voice interactions, delivering world-class support and service.

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries with professionalism.
- Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups or feedback.
