Job Responsibilities

As a Banking Voice Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling banking-related queries and providing superior customer service. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing inbound & outbound customer calls related to banking services.
Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating records in the system.
Listening actively to customer needs and responding appropriately.
Handling transactions and inquiries while adhering to banking regulations and service guidelines.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the right solutions in a timely manner.
Escalating complex queries to the appropriate departments for resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate (preferred)
Experience: Fresher or a minimum of 6 months in customer service (preferred)
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Typing Skills: Good typing speed for documentation and system updates
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle customer queries and provide resolutions efficiently
Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer interaction and engagement skills
Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
