Job Responsibilities
As a Banking Voice Support Associate, you will be responsible for handling banking-related queries and providing superior customer service. Your key responsibilities include:
✔ Managing inbound & outbound customer calls related to banking services.
✔ Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
✔ Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating records in the system.
✔ Listening actively to customer needs and responding appropriately.
✔ Handling transactions and inquiries while adhering to banking regulations and service guidelines.
✔ Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the right solutions in a timely manner.
✔ Escalating complex queries to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Education: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate (preferred)
✔ Experience: Fresher or a minimum of 6 months in customer service (preferred)
✔ Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
✔ Typing Skills: Good typing speed for documentation and system updates
✔ Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle customer queries and provide resolutions efficiently
✔ Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer interaction and engagement skills
✔ Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
