As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screenings, ensuring compliance in financial operations, and liaising with internal teams across the globe. Your attention to detail, communication abilities, and research acumen will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization’s commitment to ethical excellence and international compliance standards.

Execute screening of individuals and entities flagged during payment processing using Bridger, the enterprise screening tool.

✔️ Due Diligence & Research
Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) investigations and utilize internet research tools to gather insights and verify entities.

✔️ Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with compliance officers, line of business (LOB) representatives, and global teams to resolve potential sanctions matches.

✔️ Timely Resolution
Ensure prompt clearance of hits that arise during payment processing, batch scanning, and real-time operations in line with the current sanctions manual.

✔️ Reporting & Escalation
Ensure accurate documentation and escalate critical compliance issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Maintain focus on seamless delivery of compliance processes with a strong emphasis on accuracy, detail orientation, and timeliness.
