Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services is inviting candidates for an exciting opportunity as SAP HANA Finance (FICO) professionals to join our dynamic team. We are looking for experienced individuals who possess strong technical expertise in SAP FICO and are eager to contribute to SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The selected candidates will get the opportunity to work on SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, and other cutting-edge technologies, contributing to the success of key client projects.
Role & Responsibilities
As an SAP HANA Finance (FICO) professional at TCS, you will be responsible for various key activities, including:
- FICO Configuration & Support: Execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, testing plans, and results. Provide production support for SAP FICO and assist in enhancement projects and user training.
- Integration Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in New-G/L, SAP Finance (FI), and SAP Controlling (CO), with a deep understanding of the integration points between New G/L and FI-AR. You will be involved in the integration of FI-SD and FI-MM modules and will be required to contribute to technical solutions for these integrations.
- COPA & Material Ledger: Knowledge of COPA (Profitability Analysis) and Material Ledger is highly desirable. If you have experience with these modules, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects.
- Subject Matter Expertise: As an SAP FICO subject matter expert, you will provide support to business users on SAP FICO-related production support tickets, issues, and enhancement projects. You will play a key role in solving complex issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of SAP systems.
- System Documentation & Training: You will be involved in preparing and maintaining functional documentation, system training materials, and user manuals. You will also conduct training sessions for business users, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to use SAP FICO effectively.
- Testing & Documentation: Create test plans, execute tests, and ensure that the system works according to business requirements. Document testing results and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaboration with Teams: You will collaborate with various teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure that SAP solutions are implemented successfully. You will also work closely with clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of 15 years of full-time education (UG: Any Graduate, PG: Any Postgraduate).
- Experience: 2-13 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, specifically with New-G/L, FI-AR, FI-SD, and FI-MM modules.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, integration, and production support. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of COPA and Material Ledger is desirable.
Job Requirements
- SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO), SAP S/4 HANA, and ECC 6.0. Experience in SAP FICO configuration and hands-on implementation is essential.
- Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of integration points between FI and other SAP modules such as SD and MM.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring that users’ concerns are addressed effectively.
- Client Interaction: Comfortable working directly with clients to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Experience Range: You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a maximum of 13 years of professional experience in SAP FICO.
- Hands-On Role: This is a hands-on role, requiring candidates to execute FICO configuration, prepare functional documentation, and provide testing support.
