🎯 Job Overview: Senior Manager – CX Design & Development
Tata Motors is seeking a highly skilled and innovative UI/UX Designer passionate about the automotive industry. This role involves creating immersive user experiences for in-car infotainment systems, digital dashboards, and vehicle interfaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and product teams to develop next-gen automotive solutions, blending design with technology.

📌 Key Responsibilities

User Experience (UX) Development
✔ Conduct primary research and interviews with target users to understand their needs.
✔ Collect customer feedback through internal and external sources.
✔ Perform trend analysis within the automotive and tech industries.
✔ Design customer journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
✔ Participate in cross-functional team (CFT) workshops for experience development.

✔ Develop responsive and intuitive UI designs for digital automotive platforms.
✔ Optimize UI for performance, usability, and accessibility.
✔ Build scalable and reusable UI components for consistency across platforms.
✔ Work with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve UI issues.

✔ Implement UI designs using modern front-end frameworks.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
📚 Education
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
✔ Preferred B.Des., M.Des., B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant specialization.
🛠 Technical Skills
✔ Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, InVision.
✔ Prototyping: Wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes.
✔ HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies.
✔ Responsive Design: Expertise in multi-platform user experiences.
✔ Typography & Color Theory: Strong grasp of visual design principles.
