Recruitment Cycle Management
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely hiring and high-quality candidates.
- Strategize and execute plans for talent sourcing, working closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and ensuring a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for front-line sales positions across Pan India, ensuring an alignment of sourcing efforts with business goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and interview teams, offering feedback on applicants and ensuring smooth candidate progression through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Keep key stakeholders updated with regular hiring updates, helping them make informed hiring decisions.

- Ensure 100% compliance with recruitment guidelines, timelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
