🧾 Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at company, you will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-IT roles. This includes bulk hiring, mass recruitment, and volume-based staffing needs for a fast-scaling business unit.

📌 Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding
  • Source candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Conduct telephonic interviews, assess candidate suitability, and schedule interviews
  • Handle mass/bulk hiring requirements for frontline sales and delivery operations
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs
  • Maintain candidate databases, track hiring metrics, and report progress
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions across regions
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 🎓 Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BA/B.Com/B.Sc preferred)
  • 🧠 Experience: 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, especially non-IT recruitment
  • 📈 Exposure to volume hiring, field sales hiring, or similar domains
  • 📞 Excellent communication skills in English & regional languages
  • 💻 Comfortable working remotely with excellent time management skills
