Sutherland is conducting a walk-in drive for the Customer Support Executive position. You will be the first point of contact with customers from all over the world, helping them to resolve their queries and providing a world-class experience with the comfort of your home.

Role Responsibilities in Sutherland
- Interaction with international customers over phone calls for resolution.
- Understand and resolve their queries efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain excellent relation with customer in every interaction.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts is must.
Skills and Tools Required
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent English communication in both spoken and written.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, typing).
- Familiarity with using headphones, web browsers, and video calling tools.
