As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivables process, following up with customers for timely payment collection, and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. 🏆
📜 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Follow up with customers via emails and phone calls to ensure timely payment collection.
✅ Maintain accounts receivable records and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
✅ Resolve customer queries and disputes related to billing, payments, and account statements.
✅ Work closely with internal teams, including Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, and Customer Service.
✅ Monitor high-risk accounts and escalate challenges to management as needed.
✅ Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
✅ Prepare daily aging reports and strategize on collection efforts.
✅ Achieve monthly productivity goals and maintain quality service standards.
✅ Work in rotational night shifts with two days of rotational offs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

🔹 Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers are welcome!).
