As a critical player in the Risk Management & Compliance team, your role will involve a mix of underwriting, structuring, and portfolio oversight. Key duties include:
⚙️ Transaction Execution & Structuring
- Lead end-to-end transaction execution across Public and Private Asset-Backed deals.
- Perform rigorous due diligence, credit analysis, and financial modeling.
- Collaborate with investment bankers, product partners, and treasury teams to structure complex financial deals.
- Draft, review, and analyze loan agreements and documentation to recommend appropriate risk gradings and ensure legal integrity.

- 4+ years of relevant experience in:
- Securitization underwriting
- Structured finance transactions
- Asset-based finance and portfolio management
