🧭 Role Overview: Senior HR Executive – Early Life Intervention Project (0–90 Days)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic, empathetic, and people-centric HR professional to join our Early Life Intervention (ELI) Project. Your mission will be to nurture new hires through their crucial first 90 days, enhance engagement, improve retention, and champion a culture of care and support.
This isn’t just a role—it’s a purpose. You’ll be the first point of emotional and professional contact for new employees and will be instrumental in shaping their IGT experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities – IGT Solutions
🎯 1. New Hire Engagement & Onboarding
- Personally connect with new employees across PAN India to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Organize welcome sessions, orientation programs, and information dissemination for new hires.
- Maintain open communication channels to address queries, challenges, or concerns.
🤝 2. Relationship Management & Support
- Serve as a bridge between new employees and business leaders.
- Conduct bi-weekly check-ins to capture sentiments, experiences, and expectations.
- Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to team integration.
📊 3. Performance & Engagement Monitoring
- Track the first 90 days’ journey using structured tools and dashboards.
- Record engagement patterns, early red flags, and feedback loops.
- Partner with Business HRs to escalate and resolve employee issues effectively.
📌 4. Policy Implementation
- Apply HR policies and ensure compliance with organizational frameworks.
- Act as a knowledge source on BPO-related HR operations and challenges.
📈 5. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain detailed reports in MS Excel or HRMS tools.
- Analyze trends from feedback to refine onboarding processes.
- Support data-driven decision-making across HR interventions.
📘 Must-Have Skills & Qualifications – IGT Solutions
🎓 Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (UG)
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Industrial Relations (PG) – preferred
🧠 Experience Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on Employee Engagement and Onboarding Programs
- BPO or customer service industry experience will be highly advantageous
🛠 Technical & Functional Skills
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Canva for reporting and visual storytelling
- Exposure to HRBP (HR Business Partner) practices
- Proficient in understanding employee life cycles and engagement models
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
