We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Sr. Associate – DEI and Ethics to help implement our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies, build an ethical culture, and ensure compliance with POSH regulations globally.

🧭 Role Overview: Sr. Associate – DEI and Ethics

The Sr. Associate – DEI and Ethics will be responsible for executing global DEI initiatives, creating an inclusive culture, and ensuring that Tata Technologies continues to be a champion of ethical practices across its global workforce. This role will be pivotal in driving diverse hiring practices, creating awareness around DEI and ethics, and ensuring compliance with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) laws.

📈 Key Responsibilities

🔹 DEI Strategy and Program Implementation

  • Design and execute diversity hiring initiatives aimed at increasing gender, age group, and disability representation across the global workforce (EU, NA, APAC).
  • Lead rainbow flagship programs, particularly those focused on fostering career growth for women and employees from underrepresented groups.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify DEI gaps and propose innovative initiatives that cultivate a more inclusive, welcoming, and supportive workplace culture.
  • Organize and manage employee-focused campaigns and workshops to foster DEI awareness and educate employees on ethical standards.
  • Champion programs focused on the inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWD), ensuring workplaces are accessible and engaging with agencies to source diverse talent.
  • Develop and facilitate allyship programs that encourage collaboration and community-driven DEI approaches across teams.
  • Deliver workshops on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence for employees, enhancing organizational inclusivity and empathy.

🔹 Ethics Culture Development

  • Lead initiatives to promote an ethics-first culture, reinforcing Tata Technologies’ core values across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with the Ethics Committee to design and implement policies, training programs, and communications that reinforce ethical behaviors.
  • Develop systems and processes to allow employees to report ethical concerns confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
  • Work closely with global leadership teams to ensure the alignment of business strategies with ethical guidelines and best practices.

🔹 POSH Compliance and Training

  • Ensure legal compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, working to create an environment of trust and transparency.
  • Design and implement mandatory POSH training programs for employees at all levels and manage the compliance process globally.
  • Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of POSH programs, ensuring timely interventions where necessary to maintain compliance.

🔹 Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key DEI, ethics, and POSH metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Compile and deliver regular reports to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas of opportunity in DEI and ethics initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions, helping Tata Technologies prioritize high-impact DEI and ethics programs.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

🎓 Educational Qualifications:

  • UG Degree: Any Graduate (Required)
  • PG Degree: Postgraduate (Preferred)

🧑‍💼 Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in implementing DEI strategies, developing ethics programs, or working with POSH compliance.
  • Experience in HR, employee relations, or compliance roles within global organizations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion issues and a passion for driving change and creating an ethical, inclusive work environment.

  • Expertise in DEI strategy implementation, including diversity recruitment, training, and cultural competence.
