Reliance Jio is actively hiring Customer Service Executives to manage its Social Media Process, a unique opportunity to work with one of India’s most influential tech brands.

💼 Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Executive – Social Media Process at Jio, you will:
🗣️ Respond to Customer Queries
- Provide real-time chat and voice support to Jio customers across various social platforms.
- Engage professionally with users via chat, email, or social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
📈 Resolve Technical & Account Issues
- Assist users with billing, account updates, recharge issues, and general inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues effectively and escalate complex cases when required.
🔄 Manage Rotational Shifts
- Work in rotational shifts with a rotational weekly off to support customers globally.
💬 Maintain Quality & Efficiency
- Adhere to quality guidelines, achieve KPIs like Average Handle Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Keep a log of issues handled and feedback provided.
📊 Provide Data-Driven Insights
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and generate periodic reports for service improvement.
🧠 Required Skills

✅ Excellent Communication
- Proficient spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns empathetically.
💻 Tech-Savviness
- Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM software, and web applications.
🌐 BPO Experience
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience (MUST).
- Familiarity with chat, email, or voice processes.
🎓 Educational Background
