Job Summary
As a Business Development Associate at Simplilearn, you will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue through inside sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Sales

- ✔ Engage with inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.
- ✔ Understand customer needs and pitch Simplilearn’s courses accordingly.
- ✔ Explain course benefits and answer queries about certifications and training.

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

- ✔ Develop short-term & long-term sales plans to achieve monthly targets.
- ✔ Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals by effectively closing deals.
- ✔ Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- ✔ Maintain relationships with prospective and current customers.
- ✔ Use CRM tools to manage leads and track follow-ups.
- ✔ Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing accurate course details.

Referral & Pipeline Development

- ✔ Identify references through the existing customer base to increase enrollments.
- ✔ Use word-of-mouth and referral strategies to bring in new students.
- ✔ Work with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
