About the Role

Capgemini, a global leader in technology services, is hiring ServiceNow ITSM Developers to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration within the IT Service Management (ITSM) ecosystem. With 20 openings, we are looking for skilled professionals to support our growing enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.).
  • Design and implement Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  • Build custom applications, integrations, and automation solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze requirements and develop scalable solutions.
  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate third-party applications.
  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, bugs, and performance problems.
  • Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations.
  • Maintain ServiceNow documentation and provide user training when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module development.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Development, ITSM, and API Integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB processes.
  • Experience with Workflows, Business Rules, UI Scripts, and Policies.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and migrations.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
