Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Lead and manage customer relationships for Data & Analytics engagements.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to translate insights into strategic opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client needs align with PwC’s innovative solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Project Execution
- Oversee a team of managers, data architects, and engineers.
- Guide business intelligence initiatives to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing data solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Data & Analytics Strategy
- Develop and implement impactful learning initiatives to support PwC’s Infinite Learning Strategy.
- Maintain alignment with PwC’s business goals, mission, and vision.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring teams use the latest data technologies.
Process Optimization & Data Governance
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for clients.
- Ensure data governance best practices are implemented across projects.
- Advocate for automation, machine learning, and AI-driven analytics.
Key Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 12+ years of experience in data and analytics management.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence, predictive analytics, and cloud platforms.
- Ability to translate complex data sets into business insights that drive decision-making.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years leading data and analytics teams.
- Experience managing client relationships at the executive level (CxO).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and managed services models.
- PMP certification or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with cloud-scale development for data integration.

Competitive Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $103,500 – $233,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and location).
