🎯 Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing Daily
As a Supplier Claim Recovery Team (SCRT) Analyst, you will:
🧾 Data Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and manage a robust reporting infrastructure using Excel, Power BI, and warehouse systems.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on supplier warranty recovery performance.
- Analyze return parts and identify trends and root causes to streamline warranty recovery.
- Deliver insightful visualizations and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
🔧 Process Optimization
- Coordinate with data teams and operations specialists to enhance reporting strategy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps.
- Lead reconciliation efforts between client and internal systems for warranty claims.
🗃️ Systems & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inspection records using designated systems.
- Use warehouse systems to track and report part quality, returns, and operational anomalies.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
