As a Supplier Claim Recovery Team (SCRT) Analyst, you will:

🧾 Data Reporting & Analysis

  • Develop and manage a robust reporting infrastructure using Excel, Power BI, and warehouse systems.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on supplier warranty recovery performance.
  • Analyze return parts and identify trends and root causes to streamline warranty recovery.
  • Deliver insightful visualizations and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

🔧 Process Optimization

  • Coordinate with data teams and operations specialists to enhance reporting strategy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps.
  • Lead reconciliation efforts between client and internal systems for warranty claims.

  • Maintain accurate inspection records using designated systems.
  • Use warehouse systems to track and report part quality, returns, and operational anomalies.
