🧩 Role Overview: Salesforce Revenue Cloud – Manager
As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud – Manager, you will play a critical role in helping clients implement and optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. Leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud and tools like Zuora, Conga/Apttus, and SAP RAR, you’ll deliver innovative billing, revenue automation, and order management solutions.
This position requires strong leadership, solution architecture, and deep domain knowledge in Q2C and Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations. If you’re a problem solver with extensive consulting experience, this is the perfect role for you!
🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Manager within the Salesforce practice at PwC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
🌍 Leadership & Strategy
- Actively coach and develop junior consultants.
- Resolve team issues and foster an environment of collaboration and accountability.
- Analyze business challenges and present meaningful, actionable recommendations.
- Use insights and multiple stakeholder perspectives to build consensus and guide outcomes.
💼 Project & Solution Delivery
- Lead solution design from concept to go-live on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and third-party platforms.
- Deliver moderate to complex solutions in Q2C, Billing, ERP, and Revenue domains.
- Supervise team deliverables, providing critical reviews and feedback to maintain quality.
- Use Agile methodologies to manage development sprints, client demos, and UAT.
🧠 Consulting Expertise
- Drive business discussions with clients to influence technical architecture decisions.
- Handle transactional, subscription, consumption-based, and project-based monetization models.
- Align upstream Quoting and Ordering processes with ASC 606 revenue standards.
- Oversee data migration strategy and execution for billing and revenue platforms.
🧑💻 Required Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Basic Qualifications
- Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields).
- Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years in professional services, acting as Solution Architect or Senior Consultant on Q2C and Revenue platforms.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred.

- Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge ✅
- Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge ✅
- Conga (Apttus) Billing Administrator ✅
