🔹 Role Overview – Support Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Support Operations Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency, manage data, document processes, and support system integrations.

As a Support Operations Coordinator, you will work alongside the Support & Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of support processes and continuous improvement of internal systems.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, analytical, and proactive in managing workflows, SOPs, and operational strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

📌 Documentation & SOP Development

  • Write & document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support operations, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Create flowcharts, guides, and internal documentation to streamline operations.
  • Communicate SOPs to support teams and ensure adherence to best practices.

📊 Data Management & Business Analysis

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data for operational insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
  • Audit data management processes to identify gaps & improvements.

🛠 Operational Support & Process Optimization

  • Provide end-to-end operational support to the Content Manager Administrator in content organization and management.
  • Support system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between applications.
  • Monitor the performance of internal tools used by Support teams.

⏳ On-Call Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage on-call rotations by creating & updating team schedules.
  • Send reminders to team members & ensure adequate support coverage.
  • Address escalations, urgent support requests, and operational bottlenecks.

🔄 Data Migration & System Upgrades

  • Assist in data migration efforts, ensuring smooth transition of information between systems.
  • Support testing & validation of migrated data to prevent errors.
  • Assist in the implementation & configuration of new platforms for operational teams.

📈 Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare & share operational reports, performance dashboards, and analytical insights.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with IT, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify & report process inefficiencies, providing recommendations for improvement.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related fields.

🛠 Technical & Professional Skills

1-4 years of experience in Operations Support, Documentation, Data Management, or Process Optimization.
✅ Expertise in writing SOPs, documenting processes, and workflow automation.
✅ Strong skills in data analysis, auditing, and business intelligence tools.
✅ Experience with support systems, ticketing platforms, and content management.
✅ Knowledge of system integrations, automation, and API workflows is a plus.
