As a Business Analyst, you will act as the vital bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring our systems, workflows, and patient care strategies align for success. With your sharp analytical skills and deep understanding of healthcare systems, youโll play a pivotal role in improving patient experiences and internal operations.

As a Remote Business Analyst at TelliHealth, your key responsibilities will include overseeing project facilitation, system integration, user interaction mapping, and reporting on project milestones. This is a high-impact role that requires technical aptitude, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

โ Key Responsibilities
๐ Project Management & System Enhancement
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to jointly manage consultant schedules.
- Lead the development, coordination, and delivery of educational tools and training sessions.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and implement process and system improvements.
- Translate evolving business needs into precise project specifications.
- Evaluate how project updates affect systems, workflows, and customer outcomes.
- Conduct system testing, ensure proper documentation, and verify functionality of all updates.
๐ Business Analysis & Data Insights
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data from existing databases to support decision-making.
- Create reports, charts, and presentations to share project progress and future goals.
- Assist in the management of system difficulties by performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
- Support data sampling, A/B testing, and product refinement initiatives.
๐ค Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as liaison between developers, clinicians, and business teams.
- Offer advice on data inputs, technical processes, and system outputs.
- Communicate expectations, deliverables, and progress clearly to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and client interactions to align project goals.
โ๏ธ Technical Integration & Innovation
- Participate in technical integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage cross-functional relationships between IT teams and business units.
- Stay ahead of trends in health tech, HIPAA compliance, EHR systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide thought leadership and technical recommendations for ongoing improvements.

๐ Education & Experience
- Bachelorโs Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required).

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role (required).
๐ Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, AWS, and relational databases.
- Understanding of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Health Information Exchanges (HIE).
- Experience in healthcare startups, mergers, or acquisitions.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and data privacy practices.
