- Position: Social Media Process (Blended Process)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Location: Permanent Work from Home (Only for applicants in Delhi, Pune & Mumbai)
Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and handling social media interactions, primarily on Twitter, for Reliance Jio’s customer service. You will provide timely and effective responses to customer queries and feedback through social media platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive engagement.
Key Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in an International BPO (Voice or Non-Voice).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Twitter.
- Applicants must be based in Delhi, Pune, or Mumbai (these locations are mandatory).
- Candidates should be aged between 18 and 40 years.
- Students currently pursuing their studies are not eligible for this role.
Other Details
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with one rotational day off.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
- Salary: Up to 3.8 LPA (based on experience).
- Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.
