- Role: Customer Service Representative (Blended Process – Chat, Email & Calls)

- Experience Required: 6 months in a BPO (Voice/Non-Voice) or Freshers with excellent communication skills
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Pursuing students are not eligible)
- Salary: Up to INR 3 LPA (Based on Experience)
- Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
- Shift: Rotational (Including Night Shifts)
- Age Limit: 18 – 40 years

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via chat, email, and voice calls.
- Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customers regarding Reliance Jio services and products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice or Non-Voice) preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills can also apply.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Must have a laptop and stable broadband connection.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Prior experience in a blended process (Chat, Email, and Voice Support) is an advantage.
