🎯 Job Title: Release Coordinator – Associate
This role is vital to the Release Management function of Deutsche Bank’s technology team in Pune. You’ll work closely with developers, testers, application owners, and business stakeholders to ensure that software deployments are executed smoothly, securely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🚀 Deployment and Coordination
- Drive and support deployment activities across multiple projects and releases.
- Facilitate seamless production implementations in accordance with Deutsche Bank’s compliance policies.
- Act as a bridge between IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage risk-free software releases.
🔁 Change Management
- Serve as a Change Initiator to create requests for production deployments.
- Ensure compliance and quality in all change requests.
- Coordinate efficiently with IT Application Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and vendors for a smooth approval process.
📊 Communication and Reporting
- Send formal deployment request approvals to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct and chair Change Management Meetings, ensuring all risks are mitigated.
- Prepare and update release documentation, including handover sheets and operational instructions.
🔍 Testing and Monitoring
- Create and manage Release Test Calendars.
- Coordinate with developers/testers for release test execution.
- Work with the business team to track and update release test statuses.
🔄 SDLC Compliance
- Manage Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Release IDs and verification tasks.
- Coordinate with SDLC Support teams to ensure compliance and closure of open tasks.
📋 Test Evaluation Reports
- Prepare Test Evaluation Reports (TERs) and request approvals from Business and IT stakeholders.
🧰 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Technical Skills
- Experience in project support within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Hands-on expertise in tools like:
- HP ALM
- Jira
- ServiceNow
- MS SharePoint
- MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of TFS, SQL, Agile, and Release Automation tools is advantageous.
✅ Educational Requirements
- UG: B.E./B.Tech in any specialization.
- PG: Postgraduate degree preferred, though not mandatory.

- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
