💼 Role Overview: Recruiter – L3

As a Recruiter – L3, your mission is to source, engage, and hire top talent for diverse business functions. You will be a key force behind building future-ready teams by bringing the right candidates into the Wipro family — all while ensuring a seamless, engaging candidate experience and adhering to the company’s recruitment best practices.

This role is ideal for dynamic, tech-savvy recruitment professionals with 3–5 years of experience in technical hiring and institutional finance sectors, who are passionate about sourcing, selection, and building meaningful candidate relationships.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and forecasted hiring needs.
  • Create strategic sourcing plans based on skill sets (A/B/C categories), urgency, job complexity, and market dynamics.
  • Use a mix of job portals, consultants, employee referrals, internal databases, and proactive headhunting to find the perfect fit.
  • Facilitate selection processes, including technical assessments and HR evaluations, to ensure candidates align with Wipro’s culture and technical needs.
  • Ensure salary negotiations and hiring approvals strictly comply with internal compensation frameworks.
  1. Candidate Engagement & Experience

  • Be a brand ambassador of Wipro by delivering a smooth, responsive, and transparent hiring process.
  • Conduct pre-offer engagement and continuous communication until onboarding.
  • Address and resolve candidate concerns, ensuring zero escalation or negative experience.
  • Track every stage of the candidate journey on Wipro’s proprietary recruitment platform (Synergy).
  1. Compliance, Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Maintain updated dashboards and analytics for weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HRSS and WMG, to ensure timely background verification, approvals, and onboarding.
  • Follow Wipro’s recruitment compliance protocols and SLAs religiously.
  • Participate in weekly governance and hiring review meetings with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks.
