Your Mission: lead Strategic Quality Initiatives Worldwide

As a Quality Intelligence Project Manager in Abbott, you will be responsible for overseeing medium to large-scale projects which are very important and that enhance to supporting global quality assurance and compliance strategies produced by company across the Nutrition Division. Your work will play a crucial role to directly influence Abbott’s commitment to dedication to outstanding regulatory adherence, regulatory excellence, quality innovation, and global compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead international teams for strategic different department for quality improvement.
  • Manage initiatives within the Quality Intelligence Program Management Office (QIPMO)
  • Ensure timely execution of projects aligned with regulatory requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration in company

  • Work closely with international teams in different fields as follows:
    • Quality Compliance
    • R&D
    • Regulatory Affairs
    • Manufacturing (both in US & OUS sites)
    • Supply Chain & Commercial quality proves

Governance & Compliance

  • Completed all work and follow PMO governance guidelines
  • Proactively manage and handle compliance related risk
  • Manage regulatory issues impacts on the quality management system.

Communication & Stakeholder Management in the company

  • Create, manage, evaluate and present project proposals, KPIs, status reports and updates on projects effectively.
  • Address risks and constraints with data-driven solutions in the company.
  • Influence senior stakeholders, directors and cross-department leaders to participate.

Continuous Improvement in company

  • Lead improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, reliability, accuracy, and compliance adherence.
  • Recommend QA enhancements across the division in the company.

Performance Monitoring & Intelligence Coordination

  • Monitor and optimize KPIs for strategic performance which impact the process.
  • Lead business cycle updates and global quality intelligence efforts of the team.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain or any other related term.
  • 8+ years of experience with good knowledge in a regulated nutritional or food-manufacturing environment with specific term.
  • Another 3+ years in managing large-scale projects or programs to regulate the process
  • Familiar with FDA, GMP/cGMP, FSMA, and global nutritional regulations to perform well

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field needed.
  • PMP Certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) from good institutes.
  • Strong background in:
    • Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement
    • Nutritional ingredient/formulation/process knowledge
    • Global regulatory & manufacturing environments
