About the Role: Finance Helpdesk Specialist
As a Finance Helpdesk Specialist, you will be a critical part of PwC’s Customer Service and Experience Team, providing financial support and ensuring smooth operations within the firm. This role is best suited for professionals who have a strong financial background and a customer-centric mindset.

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements while handling service requests.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, financial queries management, and helpdesk support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in financial risk management and compliance.
