- Assist in payment processing operations, including automated and manual invoice handling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage invoice validation, matching, and discrepancies.
- Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching for both purchase and non-purchase order invoices.
- Use platforms like SWIFT, wire transfers, direct debits, and checks to facilitate vendor payments.
- Manage potential duplicate payment reports, analyze findings, and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to the procure-to-pay (P2P) life cycle, from requisitioning and ordering to payment and reconciliation.
- Perform routine problem-solving tasks within set guidelines, working closely with supervisors and teammates.
