Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Strategy: Contribute to PepsiCo’s financial planning function by supporting business growth strategies and optimizing financial operations.
SAP Master Data & Product Costing: Maintain SAP master data, update standard costing, and support BOM (Bill of Materials) modifications.
Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Assist in cost estimations, maintain transfer pricing schedules, and optimize financial performance.
Operational Excellence: Oversee month-end SAP revaluation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to GCS (Global Control Standards) for financial operations, including product costing and SAP BOM changes.
Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and onboard new team members, ensuring smooth transition and professional development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, including operations, supply chain, and marketing, to drive financial efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance and planning, preferably in the food processing or FMCG industry.
