Key Responsibilities 🏗️
🔹 Develop and Maintain Scalable UI Components – Build, test, and deploy high-performance frontend applications using React, Redux, and JavaScript.
🔹 Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create a seamless user experience.
🔹 Optimize Performance – Improve the speed, efficiency, and responsiveness of web applications.
🔹 Code Quality & Best Practices – Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
🔹 Stay Updated – Keep up with the latest trends in frontend development and contribute to open-source projects.
🔹 Cross-Browser Compatibility – Ensure the application works smoothly across different devices and browsers.
What We’re Looking For 🧑💻
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in frontend development.
✔️ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
✔️ Hands-on experience with React, Redux, Redux-Saga, TypeScript, and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
✔️ Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS, LESS.
✔️ Familiarity with modern frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
✔️ Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
✔️ Ability to write efficient, scalable, and reusable frontend components.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
✔️ Experience with RESTful APIs and working with backend engineers to define API contracts.
✔️ Understanding of SEO principles and optimization techniques.

✨ Experience contributing to open-source frontend projects.
✨ Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or Server-Sent Events (SSE).
✨ Prior experience in e-commerce, fintech, or high-traffic web applications.
