Job Summary
As a Advisor, Sales, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Tesla’s cutting-edge, sustainable technologies into the hands of customers. In this customer-facing role, your primary responsibility is to engage potential and existing customers through an educational, immersive, and exciting sales experience. You will provide in-depth knowledge of Tesla’s products and help guide the customer through the sales journey from initial showroom visit to delivery day.

Your Role at Tesla
As a Advisor, you will be responsible for leading prospective and existing customers through the sales and delivery process. You will become the face of the company, educating potential customers on the products, benefits, and features of Tesla’s offerings, and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every step. You will support customers as they navigate their purchase decision by offering knowledgeable insights, demonstrating vehicles, and answering questions about various aspects of the Tesla ownership experience.

Customer Engagement
As a Advisor, one of the most crucial aspects of your role is to greet walk-in customers and engage with them in meaningful, productive conversations. Your ability to create a welcoming and professional environment will be essential in facilitating customer interactions. You will need to actively listen to the customer’s needs and inquiries, ensuring that you fully understand their concerns or objectives in order to provide the best possible solution for them.
In addition to greeting customers in person, you will also interact with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. This will require flexibility and adaptability as you may have to quickly adjust your communication style depending on the medium and the nature of the inquiry.

Educating and Exciting Potential Customers
An essential part of your job will involve educating prospective customers about the product lineup, helping them explore the features and benefits of our vehicles, energy products, and other Tesla innovations.
