Job Description:
Accenture is looking for a VA02 Order To Cash Operations Senior Analyst with a strong background in cash application processing and an aptitude for solving complex problems related to cash applications. This role will be a critical part of our Finance Operations team, supporting our mission to optimize working capital, manage cash flow, and streamline billing processes across our client base. You will be responsible for analyzing and managing operational data, reconciling transactions, and ensuring the smooth handling of cash application processes.
This position requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, from sales order processing to invoicing, including the reconciliation of unapplied cash and suspense accounts. As a Senior Analyst, you will focus on resolving cash application queries and collaborating with clients to ensure all processes are finalized promptly and accurately.

Cash Application & Billing Management:
- Oversee and manage the cash application process, ensuring that cash is applied correctly to open invoices.
- Work on streamlining billing processes to improve accuracy and reduce delays.
- Reconcile suspense accounts and resolve any unapplied cash within a timely manner.

- Analyze and resolve complex issues related to cash applications, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
- Ensure that all transactions are reconciled, and data reports are accurately maintained for financial reporting.

Revenue & Cash Flow Management:
- Help optimize working capital by improving cash application processes and providing real-time visibility into cash flow.
- Manage revenue recognition processes in alignment with business requirements and company policies.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their queries related to cash applications and billing issues.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required Skills:
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in order-to-cash operations, particularly in cash application processing.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to solve complex issues related to cash applications and invoicing.
- Attention to Detail: High level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for cash-related queries.

Educational Requirements:

Technical Skills:
- Order to Cash: Expertise in the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle.
- Cash Applications: Strong understanding of cash application processes, unapplied cash, and reconciliation.
- SAP / ERP Knowledge: Experience in using ERP systems like SAP for order processing and accounts receivable management.
- Billing Systems: Knowledge of billing systems and invoicing procedures.
- Accounts Receivable: In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable and cash flow management.
- Excel & Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for reporting and troubleshooting.
