🧾 Position Summary: Order To Cash (OTC) Operations Analyst
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Order To Cash Operations Analyst with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in collections processing and cash applications. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment handling end-to-end OTC activities including collections, billing, invoicing, and dispute management.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As an Order To Cash Operations Analyst, your day-to-day duties will include:
🔹 Collections & Dispute Management
- Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Analyze delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate actions.
- Handle escalations, payment promises, and write-off processes.
🔹 Cash Application Processing
- Reconcile unapplied cash, match remittances, and resolve mismatches.
- Post incoming payments from clients and perform suspense account clearing.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accuracy in payment applications.
🔹 Order to Cash Workflow
- Understand upstream and downstream impacts in AR operations.
- Work closely with the billing, order management, and credit control teams.
- Execute end-to-end collections and dispute resolution processes.
🔹 Customer & Internal Stakeholder Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and reporting.
- Maintain accurate logs and update the collections tool.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)
💼 Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Order to Cash, preferably in Collections Processing or Accounts Receivable domain.
