🚀 About the Role: Principal Consultant
As a Principal Consultant – ODA, you’ll lead enterprise database projects, support business-critical systems, and implement next-gen cloud solutions using this company. You will work independently, design scalable solutions, and provide outstanding consulting services to our clients.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Database Consulting Excellence:
Operate independently to provide quality consulting work products for database solutions.

Architecture & Design:
Design and implement enterprise-scale Database architectures, leveraging 12c, 18c, and 19c technologies.

Cloud Migrations:
Lead Oracle Database migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including DB Systems and Autonomous Data Warehouses (ADW).

Backup and Recovery:
Implement RMAN backup strategies and architect effective disaster recovery solutions.

High Availability Solutions:
Design and manage Oracle RAC, GoldenGate replication, and Exadata/ExaCC systems for high availability and performance.

Client Interaction:
Consult and collaborate with client management teams to tailor technologies to their business needs.

Innovation and Leadership:
Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
🎯 Required Qualifications
✅ Experience: 8–15 years in Database technologies.
✅ Education: Any Degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA preferred).
✅ Technical Expertise:
- Oracle Database Administration: 12c, 18c, 19c
- RMAN Backup and Recovery
- Oracle RAC Implementation
- GoldenGate Replication
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Management
- Exadata / ExaCC Management
- Unix Shell Scripting, Virtualization, Automation
✅ Certifications Preferred:
- Oracle OCP DBA
- OCI
- Autonomous Database (ADB)
