As an Apprentice Trainee in our Defence Business Sales team, you will work closely with professionals across various departments, gaining exposure to business development, market research, customer engagement, and sales strategy implementation.

We are looking for a dynamic Apprentice Trainee to support our Defence Business Sales team in India. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world sales experience, develop industry knowledge, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
As an Apprentice Trainee, you will:
✅ Assist the sales team with market research, lead tracking, and sales presentations.
✅ Gain hands-on experience in business development and government procurement processes.
✅ Work on customer outreach programs and develop strategic insights into the Defence sector.
✅ Support administrative tasks, CRM management, and event coordination.

Required Qualifications
🎓 Educational Background:
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
🛠️ Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (G Suite) skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
