Role and Responsibilities

Amazon is hiring for ML Data Associates 2 for Hyderabad office. This is a 12-month full-time contractual role which is offering an opportunity to work with data at a global tech leader company. Here is what you will be doing:

• Tag and annotate various types of data such as text, images, speech, and videos.
• Follow some guidelines to label data with high accuracy in work using Amazon’s internal tools.
• Maintain confidentiality in work while handling sensitive customer data to customers or clients.
• Ensure labelling quality by identifying patterns or inconsistencies and suggesting improvements.
• Provide full support in analysing root causes and analysis for data errors.
• Communicate clearly in Hindi and English with clients to execute tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Switch tasks quickly to increase work handlings and handle different types of content on the go.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet daily operational targets and consult on errors.

Note: This role is for work from office in Hyderabad on a rotational 5-day schedule.
