As a Software Engineer at Microsoft, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, and optimization of this next-generation technology. You will have the opportunity to work across all phases of the software lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

🔧 Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- ✅ Collaborating with stakeholders to determine user requirements for new features.
- ✅ Designing and developing scalable storage services.
- ✅ Owning software components and driving component-level design decisions.
- ✅ Writing and maintaining clean, extensible, and maintainable code.
- ✅ Ensuring that code meets diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability standards.
- ✅ Working in a continuous learning and improvement environment, adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
🎓 Qualifications
👉 Required Qualifications:
- 📚 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- ✅ Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
- C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- ✅ Equivalent industry experience is also acceptable.
👉 Additional / Preferred Qualifications:
- 🎉 Bachelor’s AND 1+ years of engineering experience OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 📈 Experience with Windows or Linux Operating Systems.
- ✅ Strong knowledge of distributed systems and storage.
- ✅ Familiarity with cloud computing, networking, and security concepts.

As a Microsoft Software Engineer, you will be required to pass:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This will be done upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
