Position Overview – Taxation Executive
If you are a finance professional with expertise in taxation and compliance, this opportunity at Marico’s Corporate Centre could be your perfect career move! We are looking for an experienced Taxation Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team and take ownership of domestic and international tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
🌍 International Taxation:
✅ Conduct Transfer Pricing Audits and prepare Transfer Pricing Study Reports.
✅ File Form 3CEB and maintain accurate tax documentation.
✅ Prepare inter-plant movement reports for 80IB/IC compliance and Form 3CEB submissions.
✅ Compile and submit the Master File and Country-by-Country Reporting (CBCR).
✅ Oversee quarterly cross-charging of corporate Fixed Overhead (FOH) and international subsidiaries.
✅ Ensure timely quarterly disclosures related to related-party transactions.
✅ Prepare comprehensive Related Party Reports for the Audit Committee.
✅ Monitor profit margins on international transactions and ensure compliance with tax provisions.
✅ Stay updated with tax regulations for international subsidiaries and assist in audits.
🏦 Domestic Taxation:
✅ File Income Tax Returns (ITR) and ensure compliance with direct tax laws.
✅ Handle Income Tax Assessments and Transfer Pricing Assessments.
✅ Manage TDS deduction processes on year-end provisions.
✅ Prepare reports for Cost Audit Report Para 10.
✅ Monitor tax liabilities and provisions for domestic subsidiaries.
✅ Assist in tax litigation, appeals, and audits.
👨💼 Who Can Apply?
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who meets the following criteria:
🔹 Age: 27 – 32 years
🔹 Education: B.Com, M.Com, CMA, ICWA, CA Inter (CA-qualified candidates should NOT apply).
🔹 Experience: 5 – 9 years in taxation, direct tax, compliance, and SAP-based finance operations.
🔹 Industry Preference: FMCG or related industries.
🎯 Key Skills & Competencies
✔️ Technical Knowledge of Income Tax Laws, Transfer Pricing, and Taxation Compliance.
✔️ Excellent Communication Skills for interacting with auditors, finance teams, and tax authorities.
✔️ Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills to interpret tax laws and apply them effectively.
✔️ Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
✔️ Planning & Execution Skills to manage deadlines and tax filings.
✔️ Customer Orientation & Collaboration for internal and external coordination.
