As a Manager in Treasury Operations, you will serve as a pivotal liaison between clients and financial institutions. Your expertise in financial syndication, credit facility negotiation, and regulatory understanding will be instrumental in crafting and executing structured finance solutions.

📌 Financial Syndication & Coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with PSUs, Private Banks, Foreign Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions
- Collaborate with lenders to negotiate and obtain credit sanctions that align with clients’ expectations
📈 Documentation & Reporting
- Create high-quality Project Information Memorandums, Teaser Notes, and Appraisal Reports
- Assist legal teams in preparing and reviewing loan documentation and compliance requirements
🧮 Financial Modelling & Analysis
- Perform in-depth financial modeling and cash flow forecasting
- Evaluate business models and validate their sustainability to ensure sound investment decisions
🗺️ Client Management & Site Visits
