Role Responsibilities in L&T

In this company as an Operations Executive role, you will become a part of the Central PMO (Project Management Office) team. Your day-to-day responsibilities in this company includes operational oversight, project resource allocation in process, revenue assurance and cross-functional coordination. Here is what you will do for this job role:

  • Deal Pricing & Resource Allocation in this process:
    • Ensure that price for deals is set properly.
    • Assign project resources in collaboration with delivery and sales teams for the accurate work.
  • Project Coordination in this process:
    • Support timely extension of ongoing projects to earn more.
    • Track timesheet of work submissions across whole project teams.
  • Revenue & Cost Tracking in this process:
    • Ensure invoicing for products and accruals from clients are done on time.
    • Monitor periodic revenue forecasts for the process and perform gap analysis in the team.
  • Vendor & Procurement Assistance in this process:
    • Ensure purchase requests for products are processed before PO expiries in the first timeline.
    • Helping the vendor onboarding and documentation things.
  • Performance & Margin Analysis in this process:
    • Conduct contribution margin (CM) tracking efficiently and effectively.
    • Identify areas where cost of saving and margin will be improved.
  • Resource Management & Utilization in this process:
    • Keep a strong eye on project utilization rates for future benefits
    • Plan action items for better bench and resource usage in the process
  • Stakeholder Coordination in this process:
    • Communicate with other team delivery heads, RMG, HR, IT, and finance departments to ensure proper work should be done.
    • Employee should serve as a bridge between multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of the task
