🧩 About the Role: Client Revenue Ops – Senior Analyst
The Client Revenue Operations (CRO) Team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of all client billing and revenue recognition processes within the institutional space. This role offers an exciting opportunity for analytical professionals with financial experience to join a high-impact division.
The Senior Analyst – CRO will be responsible for reviewing client contracts, overseeing fee calculations, automating workflows, coordinating with sales and relationship managers, and managing internal systems. The ideal candidate is expected to be analytical, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in revenue operations.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔎 Billing Oversight and Invoice Processing
- Review client fee schedules, Investment Management Agreements (IMAs), and internal billing procedures.
- Generate and dispatch client invoices in accordance with agreed fee structures.
- Oversee receivables and manage General Ledger (GL) entries with accuracy.
⚙️ Operational Efficiency and Process Enhancement
- Lead efforts to increase automation, reduce manual touchpoints, and improve billing workflows.
- Continuously update policies to meet scalability and outsourcing goals without compromising compliance.
- Identify gaps in processes and implement corrective measures.
🧮 Fee Calculation and Reconciliation
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation of client management fees and rebate amounts.
- Conduct verification of fee data and rectify discrepancies before invoices are issued.
- Track multi-currency transactions and domestic/cross-border payments.
📈 Financial Documentation and Reporting
