🔎 About the Role – KYC Associate

As a KYC Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
1️⃣ Client Data Verification & Due Diligence
✅ Conduct detailed verification of new and existing clients.
✅ Perform in-depth KYC and AML checks to ensure compliance.
✅ Review and analyze client documentation, ownership structures, and business models.
2️⃣ Risk Assessment & Compliance Management
✅ Conduct risk assessments for new and existing clients.
✅ Identify potential risks, red flags, and suspicious transactions.
✅ Work closely with regulatory bodies and internal teams to ensure full compliance.
3️⃣ Regulatory Documentation & Periodic Reviews
✅ Ensure all documentation aligns with global regulatory standards.
✅ Conduct periodic reviews to update client records and risk profiles.
✅ Handle complex client structures such as SPVs, Foundations, and Funds.
4️⃣ Business Collaboration & Communication
✅ Partner with internal teams, compliance officers, and regulators.
✅ Act as a trusted advisor on KYC and AML compliance matters.
✅ Provide insights and recommendations to improve compliance processes.

🛠 Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
✅ 6+ years of experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, or Financial Services.
✅ In-depth knowledge of global financial regulations and AML frameworks.
✅ Strong experience in regulatory compliance, risk analysis, and due diligence.
✅ Familiarity with KYC regulations (FSA, JMLSG, MiFID, 3rd EU Money Laundering Directive).
✅ Expertise in interpreting risk scores, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring compliance.
✅ Excellent communication skills to liaise with international teams and regulators.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
